What is Kelp?

Kelp is large, fast growing brown algae (aka seaweed) that thrives in shallow, cold, nutrient-rich coastal waters worldwide. These marine algae are not just plants, but vital ecosystems that provide food and habitat for marine life. They are rich in nutrients like iodine and commonly used in cosmetics.
